In 2016, I was a newlywed eager for babies, but overweight with no foundation of what healthy was. I had tried every diet I came across with little results and no lasting change. The following year I began working with my health coach and quickly began helping others with their health. 

Months after becoming what I thought was my healthiest, I became pregnant with our first son. My pregnancy was without complications, but it wasn't healthy -- My habits hadn't changed. Fast forward to 18 months later, I found out we were expecting baby number two only to experience a miscarriage a few short weeks later. After this loss, I felt defeated, I wanted answers. This is when it truly sunk in, weight is not indicative of health.

Our health is so much more than what we see on the surface. I have spent years detoxing our home, instilling habits in myself and our kids, creating a legacy that I am proud of. 

The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mindset surrounding health and the habits that have left you feeling stuck, so that you can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who you are and start living a happier and healthier life.
